Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, with a track record of leading estimates independently.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, cost estimating, and bid processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• Experience with On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid, or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle estimating on construction projects, across multiple markets.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and scope breakdowns.
