Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 3-5 years estimating and bidding experience in commercial construction.
• Experience leading estimates up to $25 million.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PlanSwift, iSqft, Bluebeam preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience on commercial and multi-family residential projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction services for assigned estimates.
• Prepare estimates and assemble proposals for conceptual and hard dollar projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review plans and specs.
• Solicit and negotiate prices from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct bid analysis and develop unit costs.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and engineers.
