Qualifications

• Four-year degree and 7–10 years of budgeting/estimating experience for large projects.
• Experience with ground-up residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and major renovations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of project estimating from concepts to bid packages.
• Prepare detailed conceptual budgets from pre-construction through design development.
• Perform detailed take-offs of all trades.
• Initiate and manage the bid process for CM and GC roles with detailed submissions.
• Accurately level all subcontractor bids and negotiate subcontracts and PO issuance.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors.
• Interface with field team to align deliverables and procurement schedules.
• Present estimates in client and internal meetings and support value engineering.
• Conduct site visits to capture scope not reflected in documents.
• Guide junior estimators and refine estimating processes.
