Qualifications

• 8–12 years estimating/fabrication experience in heavy civil/bridge projects.
• Ability to interpret AWS, AREMA, AISC COSP, DOT documents.
• Strong Microsoft Office + MS Project capability.

• Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Estimate labour, materials, and subcontract costs.
• Lead bid reviews with senior leadership.
• Prepare change orders.
