Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks a Senior Estimator to lead heavy civil and bridge project bids in Wisconsin. You will interpret drawings and bid docs, estimate labour/materials/subcontract costs, and coordinate with estimating, detailing, purchasing and production to drive successful proposals.

This senior role offers influence on major projects and a clear path toward leadership as the VP Estimating position evolves. A strong relocation option may be available for top candidates.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years estimating/fabrication experience in heavy civil/bridge projects.
• Ability to interpret AWS, AREMA, AISC COSP, DOT documents.
• Strong Microsoft Office + MS Project capability.
