Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Estimator in Frisco, TX to lead estimating efforts across industrial, tilt-wall, and commercial construction. You will prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates and develop project budgets and GMPs.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC and strong preconstruction background. This is an on-site role with competitive salary and benefits in a dynamic Texas market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience for commercial general contracting projects.
• Experience with industrial, tilt-wall, manufacturing, and data center projects.
• Strong conceptual estimating and preconstruction background.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating for industrial, tilt-wall, and commercial construction projects.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates.
• Develop budgets, GMPs, and pricing models.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Review drawings and specs to identify scope gaps and risks.
• Lead estimate presentations with leadership teams.
• Mentor junior estimators and support department growth.
