Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join our industrial construction team. This role will lead cost estimating, bid preparation, and proposal development for mechanical, piping, electrical, and civil projects.
• Review drawings & specs, prepare accurate cost estimates (labor, material, equipment)
• Manage multiple bids, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and purchasing teams
• Support business development with professional bid presentations
• Ensure smooth handoff to execution team post-award

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ estimating experience in industrial construction
• Proficiency with estimating software (HeavyBid, Sage, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel)
• Strong blueprint/spec reading and takeoff skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or related field preferred
