Qualifications

• 10 years estimating experience in water/wastewater plant projects
• Experience with concrete, steel, support of excavation, and foundation work
• Knowledge of construction means and methods, costs and engineering principles
• Strong presentation and written skills; deadline and detail oriented
• Some travel to job site is required

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, requirements, and specifications
• Preparation and pricing of Bid items
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing
• Review and understand all bid documents and assess project risks
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Pre-bid and final Bid review with Project team
• Perform other duties as required and assigned
