Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 3–7 years of heavy civil or general engineering construction estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans, specifications, contracts to develop accurate project estimates.
• Review schedules, milestones, and permitting requirements.
• Prepare bid documents and production schedules; solicit/subcontractor pricing.
• Support handoff to Operations teams and participate in bid closeout processes.
