Job summary

Gpac is seeking a Senior Estimator for bridge and heavy civil projects in Toledo, Ohio. You will lead detailed cost estimation efforts, review plans and geotechnical data, and perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, steel, and foundations.

You will also manage subcontractor pricing and develop bid packages. The role requires 7+ years in bridge/heavy civil estimating, strong DOT/public bid knowledge, and proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience in bridge or heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of DOT projects and public bid processes.
• Experience estimating structural concrete, structural steel, and deep foundation systems.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• Experience with large-scale DOT or design-build bridge projects (Preferred).
