Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 15 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the bid team throughout the entire process.
• Visits project sites to understand site conditions/restrictions.
• Creates a preliminary project schedule based on information in plans and specs.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain to price resources for the project.
• Assesses scopes of work to establish pricing for project activities.
