Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost drivers.
• Proven ability to manage bids from concept through execution.
• Hands-on experience using estimating software.
• Master CSI knowledge/experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full estimating cycle from conceptual budgets to final bids.
• Source and build relationships with subcontractors.
• Interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Develop detailed cost estimates across all divisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
