Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Estimating for Retail or Grocery T.I. and/or Ground-Up projects.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction services, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop scopes of work and qualify subcontractor bids.
• Transfer bid documentation to the construction team.
• Develop procedures for continuous improvement.
