Job summary

WilsonHCG is seeking a Lead Estimator for the Maryland/DC/Baltimore region to design, estimate and price advanced security technology projects including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm and Low Voltage systems.

The role collaborates with PMs, Operations and Sales across pre- and post-sales activities and leverages a built-out technical team to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, estimate, price and put together Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm and Low Voltage projects
• Bid support, SOW and technical project SME
• Limited oversight and need to hit the ground running and take ownership
• Coordinate with PMs, Operations and Sales throughout pre and post-sales process
• Fully built-out technical team to assist when needed - Techs, Engineers, etc.
