A leading construction firm in Dallas is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The role involves accurate takeoff and estimating for K-12 and municipal projects, requiring over 7 years of experience in commercial construction. Proficiency in estimating software such as MC2 and On-Screen Takeoff is essential. This hybrid position allows four days in the office and one from home. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of preconstruction and/or operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience estimating higher education and/or municipal construction projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for all project document levels.
• Develop clarifications and assumptions with project management.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing inputs.
