Job summary

Aprio’s Real Estate team seeks a Senior Construction Estimator/Cost Segregation Senior Associate to join a Top 20 CPA/advisory firm. The role focuses on cost segregation and fixed asset engagements, with research, documentation, and staff development responsibilities.

Remote work is offered, with proximity to an Aprio office preferred. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cost segregation or related fields and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
3+ years of experience in cost segregation or related field such as building inspection, appraisals, engineering, architecture, or construction.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studies.
Research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters and articulate documentation.
Develop industry expertise to become an indelible member of the cost segregation practice.
Help train, monitor, and develop staff as the department grows.
Travel up to 20–30%.
