An established industry player is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimates and proposals for marine construction and heavy-civil projects. This role involves managing a team, analyzing costs, and ensuring accurate project estimates across various locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating, strong leadership skills, and a background in maritime construction environments. SUMMARY
The Senior Estimator will lead estimates, proposals, and budgets for marine construction, dredging, and heavy-civil/structural projects. They will manage an estimating/pursuit team that may include engineers, estimators, and support staff. Projects can range from sub-$100,000 to over $1 billion, for Manson-independent pursuits, joint ventures, or subcontracted work. Projects may be bid-build, design-build, or alternative delivery methods. The position primarily involves estimates in a regional office but may require support across other regions. Successful pursuits will be handed over to operations.

Ability to interpret technical documents, communicate effectively with management and stakeholders, and prepare senior-level reports.
REASONING AND MATH ABILITY
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret instructions, and working knowledge of mathematical concepts relevant to estimating.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily office-based in Seattle or regional offices, with potential travel to job sites and meetings. Work hours align with office location, with accommodations as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Exposure to weather, moderate to loud noise levels, and the need to wear PPE. Ability to lift weights up to 25 pounds and navigate construction environments.
