Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Experience with reroofing, service, maintenance, and waterproofing.
• Proficient in Edge and Excel for pricing and takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial reroofing projects
• Review drawings, specifications, site reports, and customer requirements
• Perform detailed takeoffs and labor/material calculations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and customer meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and manufacturers
• Support handoff meetings with project management
