Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
- Experience with interior tenant fit-outs required
- Some ground-up construction experience
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review drawings and bid documents to identify requirements
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules
- Develop and issue RFIs related to drawings and bid documents
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors
- Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors
- Communicate with the team to keep projects moving forward
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools
- Travel as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
