Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an experienced Estimator in Massachusetts to own preconstruction and bidding for complex commercial and institutional projects. You will collaborate with project executives, subcontractors, and design teams from budgeting through final bid submission.

The role requires 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in estimating software. Competitive, benefits-rich package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build subcontractor relationships.
• Proficiency with estimating software: On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, Sage, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial/institutional projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze plans/specs/scope documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids; identify VE opportunities.
• Support preconstruction strategy and handoff to operations post-award.
