Job summary

RVN Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator with 10+ years' EPC/major capital project experience to lead conceptual, FEED and detailed cost estimates across power, process, chemical, refining, LNG and nuclear sectors.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, procurement and construction interfaces, developing estimate bases, managing risks and contingencies, reviewing quantities and vendor quotes, and mentoring other estimators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years estimating in EPC, EPCM, design-build or major capital projects.
• Advanced hands-on Cleopatra Enterprise experience.
• Engineering degree or related technical field.

Senior Estimator Cleopatra Enterprise

RVN Inc. Full-time

Locations: Houston, Charlotte, Chicago or Greenville. Remote may be considered for exceptional EPC power-plant estimating experience.

Lead conceptual, FEED and detailed EPC capital cost estimates for power, process, chemical, refining, LNG, industrial and nuclear projects. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and project controls; develop estimate basis, direct/indirect costs, risk, escalation and contingency; review quantities and vendor quotations; lead estimate reviews and mentor estimators.

Required: 10+ years estimating in EPC, EPCM, design-build or major capital projects; advanced hands-on Cleopatra Enterprise; Class 5 1 estimates; engineering deliverables and multidisciplinary estimate development. Bachelors in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or related technical field.

Combined-cycle power, Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, risk/contingency modeling and proposals over $100M are preferred.

Strong EPC company experience and willingness to work from the stated office are required. Current recruitment eligibility: US citizens, Canadian citizens or US green-card holders. Any employer documentation required for US employment must be clarified before submission.
