Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years estimating experience.
• Prior management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate proposals and estimates for projects from $50 to $100 million.
• Review drawings, specifications and site conditions; incorporate field input into estimates.
• Lead bid reviews with senior management to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate estimate bid information to owners, subcontractors and fields to ensure understanding of scope.
• Supervise estimating staff to ensure Granite standards.
