Job summary

Michael Page has partnered with a well-established civil construction contractor in Texas to recruit a Senior Estimator for civil infrastructure projects. You will lead estimating efforts for heavy civil, transportation, and municipal work, analyzing plans and bid documents to craft complete, competitive estimates.

The role requires a degree in CM/CE or related field and proven experience in large-scale civil projects, with proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience estimating heavy civil, transportation, roadway, utility, site development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction means, methods, sequencing, and project costs.
• Expertise in quantity takeoffs, conceptual estimating, competitive bid preparation, and risk analysis.
• Experience evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing for large-scale civil projects.
• Proficiency with HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and related estimating software.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced bidding environment.

Description
