Responsibilities

• Lead estimating during construction by coordinating with the project team, general contractors and clients.
• Build and implement robust estimating processes and systems.
• Review cost plans to ensure work can be completed within agreed timeframes.
• Manage external contractor bid analysis.
• Benchmark by industry to inform client estimates.
• Update stakeholders on estimates with quality controls within deadlines.
• Guide change orders and cost analysis after budgeting.
