Novax Recruitment Ltd is representing a national bridge fabricator in the Upper Midwest for a Senior Estimator role. You will estimate heavy civil and bridge fabrication projects, interpret complex drawings, and lead bid reviews with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in estimating/fabrication, strong MS Office and MS Project skills, and a collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset. Relocation support and a strong benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000-$130,000 base
• Up to $150,000 for top‑tier relocation candidates
• 12.5% bonus (based on last year)
