Flintco, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in the Tulsa, OK area to serve as liaison among owner representatives, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. You will provide construction expertise to optimize projects, supervise personnel, and ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery with resource planning.

Job Summary
The Project Manager acts as the liaison between Flintco, owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects and engineers. They provide input based on construction expertise to benefit the project, supervise project personnel, ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, and confirm resource allocation. This role may require travel or work on remote projects out of state.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities
May supervise project management personnel and field crews.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and personnel administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Professional certification (e.g., LEED AP, DBIA, ASHE) is a plus.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability
The work environment includes a safety-conscious office and potentially fabrication shop or project sites with typical construction hazards. The noise level is generally loud. This employer complies with applicable equal employment opportunity laws.
