Job summary

LeoForce, a well-established landscape construction firm in California, seeks a Senior Landscape Estimator to join its preconstruction team in Los Angeles. You will lead bid efforts for high-value commercial landscape and site development projects, from conceptual estimates through proposal submission.

You will analyze plans, prepare detailed cost estimates, and collaborate with clients, subs, and operations to ensure competitive pricing and smooth project transitions after award.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience within the construction industry, preferably landscape construction.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience preparing detailed estimates for projects at various stages of design.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze civil, architectural, and landscape plans, specifications, and bid documents.
