Job summary

PCI Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Senior Drywall Estimator based in Carmel, IN to lead construction takeoffs, set labor productivity, and price drywall scopes.

You will maintain supplier relationships, solicit subcontractor pricing, review bids, align with customers, and assist in hand-off of projects to Operations in a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of estimating construction projects.
• Experience with estimating/project management/managing drywall scopes of construction.
• Strong ability to read, understand and interpret specifications and drawings for PCI’s scopes of work.
• Strong record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of attention to detail and cost analysis.
• Ability to accurately read schedules for sequencing and durations of applicable scopes of work.
• Proficiency with computer takeoff & estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration for secured projects.
• Prepare wage and benefit schedules.
• Assist in the hand-off of secured projects to the Operations Team.
• Assist in other duties as assigned such as change order management or billings depending on the project(s).

Salary Range: $94,000 - $126,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
