Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 20+ years of progressive cost estimating, cost engineering, or project controls experience.
• Experience leading estimating on mega programs valued at $10 billion or greater.
• Proven leadership of five or more estimators.
• Expert Excel and estimating software knowledge (Sage Estimating, HCSS HeavyBid).
• Strong communication and executive-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish estimating strategies, standards, and governance for major programs.
• Direct development of conceptual through final design estimates.
• Lead independent estimate reviews for high-risk projects.
• Mentor and develop a team of five or more estimators and cost professionals.
• Support program budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Engage with owners, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
