Responsibilities

• Engages in fiduciary decision-making by executing the terms of any will or document in which PNC serves as executor or trustee, including estate settlement trusts and other estate-related trusts.
• Acts as a market or region estate settlement authority and provides estate administration and related relationship management services for complex estates.
• Engages in the most complex estate administration, including addressing special assets, liquidity, and concentrated holdings; assists in resolution of family/ beneficiary conflicts; preserves and conserves estate assets; obtains valuations and meets deadlines.
• Supports the estate settlement business internally and with Centers of Influence; works with external entities to implement fiduciary/tax planning strategies and assess financial planning impacts; engages in business-retention and sales opportunities.
• Assists in determining work assignments of other estate settlement advisors.
