Job summary

PNC's Private Bank is seeking a Fiduciary Advisor Sr to lead complex fiduciary accounts and provide comprehensive fiduciary planning for high-net-worth clients. The role may be based in Cleveland, OH; Cincinnati, OH; or Philadelphia, PA, with in-office expectations and a strong emphasis on client experience and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and applicable certifications.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a fiduciary role including complex accounts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of trust types and fiduciary relationships, with client-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Engages in fiduciary decision-making by executing plan terms where PNC acts as trustee, guardian or agent.
• Delivers the full breadth of the fiduciary platform to grow the fiduciary business and ensure client experience.
• Handles risk management and resolves legal/compliance issues for assigned accounts; communicates with clients and escalates when needed.
• Maintains and grows assets under management by meeting with clients and beneficiaries as required.
• Customizes client communications and presentations to provide fiduciary advice and recommendations to senior management.
