Osaic is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Strategist for our High Net Worth Planning Services team. The role focuses on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer, and legislative developments affecting high-net-worth clients.
The candidate should have extensive law practice in trusts and estates and the ability to analyze complex documents, identify opportunities, and communicate sophisticated concepts to financial advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax returns.
- Identify opportunities, risks, inconsistencies, and gaps within clients' estate plans.
- Collaborate with internal planning specialists and business partners to support complex client situations.
- Educate financial advisors on estate planning concepts, strategies, and trends.
