Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential Texas law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney (2–5 years) to support a transactional trusts and estates practice. The role blends sophisticated estate planning with probate matters, offering client-facing responsibilities, autonomy, and future business development opportunities.

The position involves drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, advising on gift and estate tax planning, and supporting probate administrations.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school (required).
• 2+ years of estate planning or probate experience preferred.
• Strong drafting skills, especially wills and trusts.
• Knowledge of gift and estate tax planning is valued.
• Excellent client-facing communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Draft core estate planning documents (wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney).
• Advise clients on gift and estate tax planning strategies and wealth transfer.
• Support probate and estate administration from intake to resolution, including client communications.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on plan design and execution of planning strategies.
• Contribute to business development efforts in line with the firm’s bonus structure.
