Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship.
Applicant must have or be able to obtain certification to represent clients in Guardianship matters.
Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law preferred or on track; LLM or additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related legal matters.
Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision while maintaining high client care standards.
Draft, review, and edit estate planning documents and probate filings with accuracy.
