Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Estate Planning and Probate experience required.
• Certification (or ability to obtain) to represent Guardianship matters.
• Board Certification path or an advanced degree (LLM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, and related matters.
• Explain complex concepts in clear, relatable terms for clients.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents.
• Manage caseload with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional client communications and nurture relationships.
• Engage in firm growth through mentoring and community events.
