Judson Group is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney / Estate Specialist / Advanced Planner to join a growing Advanced Planning team serving high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on sophisticated estate, tax, retirement, and business succession matters within a technology-enabled platform.

You will collaborate with advisors, tax professionals, and other specialists, translating complex strategies into practical recommendations and mentoring teammates as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estate planning, wealth management, family office services, or related field.
• JD required with advanced planning credential (AEP, CFP, or Tax LLM) or equivalent.
• Strong drafting and summarizing estate planning documents; trusted advisor to team.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a senior technical resource on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Meet with advisors and clients to understand objectives and identify planning opportunities.
• Review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, and related structures.
• Draft, review, and summarize estate planning documents for the team.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial and estate plans using planning technology.
• Coordinate with outside attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors toward implementation.
• Lead planning discussions with business owners on succession and liquidity events.
