Job summary

Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Senior Environmental Services Technician to lead the housekeeping team on the 7:00AM–3:30PM shift. You will direct tasks, coach staff, and ensure hospital-grade cleanliness while maintaining safety and infection control across patient areas.

You’ll mentor new teammates, operate floor machines, vacuums, and polishers, and communicate effectively with staff and patients to uphold excellent standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor new staff.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control.
