Job summary

Puget Sound Educational Service District (PSESD) is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Home-Based ERSEA to lead and supervise Home Visitor staff, ensuring high-quality Early Learning services for children and families. The role focuses on enrollment processes, community partnerships, and compliance across Head Start programs in the region.

Qualifications

• Community college and/or vocational school degree or higher with study in job-related area.
• Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start/ECEAP ERSEA system.
• Experience in supervising, coaching or mentoring direct services staff.

Responsibilities

• Consults with Home Visitors regarding family needs to support positive outcomes.
• Coordinates recruitment efforts and maintains program materials and website.
• Develops and implements enrollment processes and tracks openings and wait lists.
• Develops community partnerships for recruitment and resource sharing.
• Leads antiracist leadership competencies to meet agency goals.
• Facilitates meetings and prepares written materials for reporting and reference.
• Monitors enrollment, documentation, and staff training to ensure compliance.
