Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on configuring and supporting Workday ERP systems, including Studio integrations and related tooling, to deliver reliable business processes.

You will create, maintain and optimize Workday configurations, security policies, and integrations, while collaborating with project teams to ensure data integrity and efficient enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred.
• Experience with Workday Studio (including Studio Starter Kit) preferred.
• Experience with Integration Development preferred.
• Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties.
• Detail oriented team player who can handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for data exchange between Workday and other systems.
• Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday.
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new Workday functionality.
• Create and review technical documentation and learn Workday Extend and Prism.
• Participate in ERP-related project teams and communicate professionally.
• Provide level three application support for CLAb ERP Team.
• Review updates for impact on existing configuration and identify opportunities.
• Support Workday implementation, optimization of business processes, security and data integrity.
• Ideal candidate will be strong with Workday Adaptive, Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports.

The Senior ERP Engineer with CLA’s Enterprise Resource Management team improves and supports business ERP use and is responsible for configuration and support of ERP applications that includes developing solutions/enhancements, design, configuration, and maintenance.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior ERP Engineer role:

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems.
• Configure and maintain domain security policies, and business process policies in Workday.
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
• Creates and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides. Has good working knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism
• Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Be a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team.
• Review application updates and compares to business needs for impact on existing configuration and to identify opportunities.
• Provide implementation support, Workday optimization related to business processes, security and data integrity for the applications.
• Ideal candidate will be strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports.

What You Will Need

The compensation range for this position in California is: 116,000.00 – $194,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: 107,000.00 – $175,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: 98,000.00 – $175,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Maryland is: 116,000.00 – $187,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: 116,000.00 – $187,000.00

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: 98,000.00 – $168,000.00

The compensation range for this position in New Jersey is: 124,000.00 – $187,000.00

The compensation range for this position in New York is: 128,000.00 – $194,000.00
