Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven expertise in Software Quality Engineering for large-scale enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
• Extensive background in testing ERP and ecosystems, spanning functional, integration, regression, and comprehensive manual validation.
• Direct experience validating mission-critical ERP platforms, specifically SAP (S/4HANA) and cloud procurement solutions like Coupa.
• Deep proficiency in the Agile/Scrum SDLC, championing modern quality methodologies, strategic test planning, and rigorous defect lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• E2E Integration Testing: Architect and execute scalable end-to-end testing strategies across the GFiber ecosystem, including ERP, billing, and BSS.
• ERP & Financial Quality Engineering: Architect validation strategies for ERP platforms and procurement suites such as SAP and Coupa.
• Data Reconciliation & Lifecycle Audits: Validate data across ERP ledgers, billing repositories, and third-party integrations.
• Technical Escalation & RCA Lead: Lead root-cause analysis and communicate findings to executives for long-term resolution.
• Quality Governance & SDLC Management: Drive testing governance across Agile/Scrum SDLC and regression frameworks.
