GFiber is seeking an experienced ERP SCM Application Engineering Lead to design, develop, implement, and maintain robust and scalable SAP Supply Chain Solutions and Siemens Product Life Cycle Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading SaaS and on‑premise applications, with specific expertise in SAP Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, Inventory Management Systems, B2B EDI, and Siemens PLM systems. This role will be crucial in ensuring Engineering Parts Management, Customer Order fulfillment, Procurement and Management of Inventory and Contractor Inventory Management.
As the ERP SCM Application Engineering Lead you will design, configure, develop, test and deploy scalable and reliable ERP SCM and PLM systems to optimize and enhance our Procurement, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving equipment supply & demand forecasting, and driving data‑driven decision‑making. You will partner closely with Supply Chain Business and Architecture teams to improve supply chain and PLM system solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional functions such as finance, sales, Salesforce, indirect procurement, and project systems.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is between $184,800 and $203,300, plus bonus and benefits. Pay varies by location; your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
