Job summary

Valaris plc is seeking a Sr Advisor – Systems to lead design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of enterprise Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules. The role emphasizes integration with Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR systems, while aligning with Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The incumbent partners across Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT, providing guidance on standards and architecture under the Manager – ERP.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar ERP/HRIS role for a large, complex business.
Strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM architecture, tools, and development frameworks.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, configures, and supports Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Mgmt, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Costing).
Develops and maintains integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and third-party systems using web services, APIs, and file-based integrations.
Performs configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and maintenance across FSCM environments (dev, test, prod).
Troubleshoots complex issues, performs root-cause analysis, and implements sustainable solutions.
Collaborates with functional users to optimize business processes and automate workflows.
Maintains technical documentation and system specifications; communicates changes and risks to stakeholders.
