General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Inc. is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to design, implement, and support ERP configurations. You will analyze current processes, drive system improvements, and develop training materials to maximize ERP usage.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP platforms, and willingness to travel on-site up to 25-50% to train staff and support deployments.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; IT or Business discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes business needs to develop, design, troubleshoot and implement ERP applications and training needs.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows.
• Documents business requirements, functional specs, and process maps for reference and training.
• Analyzes ERP performance and resolves issues to improve integrity, security and functionality.
• Designs, generates and monitors ERP reports for reliability and efficiency.
• Develops user training docs and maintains LMS courses and training aids.
• Travels on-site to train new employees and support system setup and workflows.
• Works on advanced ERP projects requiring high technical knowledge.
