Job summary

IP Corporation, a Minnesota-based chemical manufacturing group, seeks a Sr. ERP Developer to lead automated testing and ERP quality across its enterprise ecosystem. The role drives automation strategy, CI/CD implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve software reliability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development/testing, 3+ years with ERP systems, and strong UI/API automation experience. The position is on-site in Saint Paul, MN with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of software development and testing experience.
Three or more years supporting enterprise ERP systems (Infor ERP preferred).
Experience designing automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Advanced experience with Selenium or Playwright.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
Experience validating ERP workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for ERP applications.
Build scalable automated test suites for functional, regression, API and end-to-end testing.
Lead automation standards and CI/CD practices across teams.
Collaborate with developers to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
Develop tools and utilities to improve release confidence and efficiency.
Drive evaluation of new testing technologies and best practices.
