Qualifications

• Experience leading system enhancement or implementation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ERP initiatives with broad scope and minimal oversight.
• Gather and document requirements, translate into designs, and propose improvements.
• Lead end-to-end testing, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose durable fixes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and vendors; translate technical concepts.
