Job summary

STSI Group is seeking a Senior ERP Developer (Onsite) in Kansas City, MO to design, develop, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite ERP solutions. You will lead enhancements, integrations, reporting, and operations, partnering with business analysts, DBAs, and project managers to deliver scalable ERP capabilities.

The role requires strong Oracle EBS and SQL/PLSQL skills, experience with Oracle modules, and a track record in Agile/DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CS or related field with 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps or ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

• Solution design, code development, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.
• This role drives modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies, automation, integration frameworks, and ERP transformation.
• Serve as technical leader on complex software projects, partnering with designers, analysts and other developers.
• Lead for significant components or entire projects with pivotal technical recommendations.
• Drive SDLC planning and execution for assigned projects.
• End-to-end design, implementation, testing and maintenance of scalable software products.
• Write efficient, well-documented code and create custom software solutions.
• Lead efforts to perform software updates, testing and enhancement for long-term health of the codebase.
• Champion coding standards and best practices.
• Research emerging tools and apply knowledge to enhance functionality.
