Job summary

Sorren in the United States is building a new Digital Advisory practice focused on automation, integration, and applied-AI. As Senior Consultant for Automation, Integration & AI, you will design and implement connections between ERP, CRM, and SaaS/on-prem apps, delivering repeatable accelerators and reference patterns.

You will work with the Solution Architect to own end-to-end delivery of integrations, automation, and AI initiatives, guiding clients through discovery, scoping, and execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years building integrations and automations in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with integration/iPaaS platforms, APIs, and data transformation.
• Delivery of process automation (workflow automation, RPA, or low-code) and applied-AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of modern AI patterns (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent document processing).
• Ability to run workstreams independently and manage client relationships.
• Experience with cloud platforms and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Integration: Design and build integrations between ERP, CRM, and SaaS/on-prem apps using iPaaS, APIs, events, and webhooks.
• Automation: Design and deliver workflow automation and RPA to streamline client operations.
• Applied AI: Design and implement AI solutions embedded in client processes with guardrails.
• Delivery: Partner with Solution Architect and build accelerators, playbooks, and reference patterns.
• Demos & scoping: Support scoping, estimates, and ensure high client satisfaction.
