Job summary

Sorren, Inc. is building a new Digital Advisory practice and seeking a Solution Architect / Delivery Lead to design and deliver modern ERP and connected systems.

You will own architecture, lead delivery efforts, and mentor a growing team as we stand up the practice within an established firm. Responsibilities include leading discovery, solution design, and platform strategy across ERP and CRM, with preference for healthcare, construction, not-for-profit, or manufacturing domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years implementing mid-market or enterprise ERP and connected business systems.
• Leadership in full-lifecycle implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Industry expertise in healthcare, construction, not-for-profit, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and design solution architectures across ERP, CRM, and connected apps.
• Act as trusted technical advisor in the sales cycle with demos, scoping, and SOW definitions.
• Own end-to-end delivery quality including project architecture and AI/automation usage.
