Providence is seeking a Senior ERP Applications Analyst to optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP across a large organization. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain and enhance IS business processes, manage change requests, and support system releases while aligning technology with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, information services, engineering or related field and 5+ years of ERP experience.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM, PeopleSoft, Workday.
• 2+ years leading medium to complex projects in application management and lifecycle.
• Experience with process improvement, change management and operational improvements in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize UKG Healthcare Productivity within ERP to align with business needs.
• Oversee features, change requests, testing, and releases, providing solutions to complex challenges.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage triage, mitigation and resolution of issues.
• Balance technical depth with operations management to sustain ERP performance.
