Job summary

MWResource, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst/Lead to advance the risk program across the enterprise. The role requires designing methodologies, leading risk identification and assessment, and preparing senior leadership reports that translate risk into actionable insights.

The position emphasizes collaboration with risk owners, development of quantitative models, and integration of risk considerations into strategic decision‑making. A PMP or CQRM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field required.
• Combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge may be accepted.
• PMP Project Management Professional and CQRM Certified Quantitative Risk Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment initiatives with methodologies suited to each engagement.
• Analyze strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks and interdependencies.
• Translate risk concepts into actionable thresholds with leadership.
• Design and oversee quantitative models, sensitivity analyses, and VaR calculations.
• Lead scenario planning and stress testing linked to business performance metrics.
• Own senior leadership and board-level risk reporting with accuracy and relevance.
• Act as ERM liaison to senior business unit leaders and drive risk guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional ERM workstreams and external advisors.
• Advise on mitigation strategy design with measurable plans aligned to priorities.
• Contribute to enterprise risk policy development and periodic reviews.
• Mentor team members and provide quality assurance.
• Lead multi-workstream ERM projects with timelines and resources.
